Mobile Work Force Management

The Mobile Work Force Management Module enables the Equipment (Assets) Operator and Equipment (Assets) Owner to 

manage and track site engineers and technicians’ equipment missions. The Mobile Work Force Management Module includes a 

Mobile App (available on Play Store for Android as well as on Apple Store) which enables Equipment Operations to track and 

monitor the site engineer(s) while on location and performing their equipment (assets) tasks or missions.

Mobile Work Force Management Module Core Features include:

      Detecting the tracked equipment staff’s position on the Map (Google Map, Open Street Map as well as Gurtam Map).

      Observing the dynamic change of various staff parameters such as current location, and smartphone battery level.

      Management of equipment staff through direct Communication between Supervisors and their team (sending messages, 

       assigning jobs and routes, adjusting notifications, etc.).

      Control of the staff’s movement along a specified route.

      Generating Data Reports on the Equipment Staff for: Time Performance, Missions Completion Rate, and Number of 

       completed Equipment (assets) Missions.
